Introduction to Auslan with Sam @ Pakenham library

An introduction to Auslan and deaf culture.

Whether you have never signed before or just lost touch with it, join us in a session where you will learn about Deaf Culture and the importance of Auslan and how to sign. In this session we will cover:

  • Alphabet / fingerspelling
  • Greeting signs
  • Pronoun signs
  • Question signs
  • Family signs

And have the opportunity to practice these in conversation with each other. We look forward to seeing you there!
